At Cross Stitches, we believe that the world has no boundaries. We therefore offer FREE shipping world wide. Where ever you are and as good as our postal service partners can achieve, you will be able to get your hands on our quality products.
We are as excited as you when you made a purchase and we want you to have our merchandise immediately. However, this is not possible because we are only limited with the way online business model works.
Australia Post (Auspost) is our postal service partner. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving the order to Auspost. Each parcel comes with tracking information. The delivery time varies and may subject to change by Australia Post. The below are some general guideline provided by Auspost:
For shipping within Australia:
Packages are estimated to arrive in 4+ business days.
For shipping outside Australia:
Packages are estimated to arrive in 10+ business days. You may be subjected for any import taxes or duties in your country at the time the merchandise is delivered. You will be responsible to pay the import taxes or duties if it is incurred.

We are based in Melbourne CBD in Australia. So, if your delivery address is within our vicinity we may consider delivering to you by hand. No promises, but we will try our best!
We know you will take extra care and diligent when you place your order. However, sometimes you might have quick fingers selected and paid for an incorrect product. That is ok, we understand!
Let us know as soon as possible if you place an incorrect product for an order. We will ensure we do our best to make things right for you, as long as we haven’t dispatch your order to our postal service partner.
We are a very small team and we spend most of our time making our products to ensure it is of good quality for our customers. If you have mistakenly placed an order, that’s ok too!
We will cancel your order, if your cancellation request comes through before we ship. If it made it to the post office, just sit back, relax and wait or your parcel. You may consider our return policy below if you decided that our product doesn’t suit you.
We do our best to ensure our product is delivered to you in the way it leaves our premises. In an unlikely event however, your merchandise arrives damaged or we made a mistake on the order. Rest assured, we will remedy the situation. Please feel free to get in touch with us.
Typically, we will provide a refund less delivery cost once we receive the returned product(s) from you.
We use Paypal as our online payment gateway. As good as they are, we do accept all major credit cards i.e.Visa and Mastercard and American Express. It is even more convenient if you have a Paypal account.
We understand that your credit card information is very sensitive, therefore we do not keep records of this information at Cross Stitches. In fact, we will never know the details at all because Paypal ensures your information is protected.
